Locked out of my PSN Business relationship and Corona is not helping

So I recently moved to some other state. My password works, merely I have a new number, and so my two-step verification is getting sent to a number I no longer take. Playstation telephone support is currently down because of corona and their live conversation is non working for me.

When I asking a alive chat, Information technology gives me a message saying 'Playstation Service Request - Fault'

Back again so soon? Unfortunately, our Chat support has not been effective for yous. Delight try over again tomorrow.

But I havent been able to use it at all. And their customer back up is about to close for the weekend.

I simply desire to play my vita and ps4. :(

Did y'all create fill-in codes in the past? Yous could employ them to login and deactivate 2FA for the fourth dimension being.

Yep, that was like a long time agone. Don't have those.

Is it possible to go those codes from a ps4 thats non logged in? My ps4 will be in the mail on monday.

If their live chat worked for me i dont call back i would have any issue. Idk why it keeps giving me that error.

Edit: searched around and it seems many people are having this consequence.

I went through chat back up. Myself it unremarkably works I've somehow done information technology twice both times got back in.
